Is Prey (2022) a good movie?

The Predator sequels have been a complete failure up to this point, and none of them have been able to match the quality of the first picture. Prey (2022) brings back the minimalism that was integral to the success of the first game, but everything has been pared down even more to give the game a more authentic and unsettling vibe. There are moments that remind me of The Revenant. You can never be certain that the people you cheer for are safe and secure. It is a beautiful location, but I was skeptical that it would live up to its potential. The movie also needs to avoid being too complicated. The film The Predator shows a movie that attempts to do too many things, while the movie Prey is the exact opposite. It flourishes when (link here) there is peace and quiet across the environment (just before each attack). Trachtenberg is now part of two different series and has already created the best sequels to each. While it is evident that he has the abilities to maximize the time and deliver the goods in each of these movies, the movie's strongest attribute is the mood. As the environment continues its decline, a feeling of fear emerges. The film's intensity is derived from this emotion, which it keeps up for the entire third and last act. It does get off to a rather sluggish start, but this is understandable given how the characters are developed over the story.
